Standard Shipping with Tracking: £2.99 – Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we offer free standard shipping within the UK.

International Shipping
Standard International Shipping with Tracking: £4.99 – Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days after dispatch.
Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and any customs processes.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns

Eligibility: We want you to love your jewellery! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons or on custom/personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges

Eligibility: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, you may choose to receive a refund instead.
Refunds

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
